Meat our Butchery…..Longhorns Meat.
As you all know, we’re in the Meat game and it’s no secret that we take things seriously here at Longhorns.
If a job’s worth doing it’s worth doing properly so not only do we make all of our rubs, sauces and sides in-house, you guessed it- all of the meats come from yours truely too. Rest assured that every meaty morsel of our high-end BBQ has been done properly from barn to board, if it’s not perfect it simply doesn’t make the cut.
